The early bird registration deadline is 10th of September 2022 23:55 CEST.
At least one author of an accepted paper or short paper or poster needs to register and be present at the workshop to present.
Please also note that VCBM2022 is planned as an on-site event.
Terms and Conditions for Registration / Cancellation Policy
If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send
us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. (please email
to epayment-support@eg.org).
Please provide the name of the registrant
cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.
Cancellation Fees:
- Through Saturday, September 10: 80% refund
- Before Saturday, September 17: 50%
- After Saturday, September 17: no refund granted
