Cancellation / Substitution: Cancellations must be notified within two weeks by e-mail to the conference organizers. Potential reimbursement will be subject to conditions and deduction of a cancellation fee. If you are unable to attend the conference, you can apply for a transfer of your registration to another participant by notifying the Conference Organizers at least four weeks before the conference.
