If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send
us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. (please email
to epayment-support@eg.org).
Please provide the name of the registrant
cancelling, you will then receive details on the procedure.
Cancellation Fees:
- Through Tuesday, June 21: 80% refund
- Before Friday, June 27: 50%
- After Friday, June 27: no refund granted
